Specialty micro-lots from Boquete, Panamá
We're a family-run coffee estate that began in 2018 with the purchase of a small property in the Jaramillo highlands of Boquete, Panamá. We take pride in producing high-quality specialty coffees from our micro-lots for our clients and partners. Guided by our passion and commitment, we strive to learn and evolve every day to bring out the very best that our climate, terroir and plants have to offer.
Nested at 1,300 masl in the Jaramillo area of Boquete, our family-run farm is a small oasis dedicated to quality and sustainability. With a low ecological footprint and a hands-on approach to every detail, our coffees are shaped by ridges, shifting elevations, and flowing creeks, giving each lot its own distinct profile.
Our farm consists of eight specialty micro-lots, each reflecting the diversity of our terroir and varieties. Produced in small volumes with meticulous care, these lots capture the most distinct expressions of Panamá's highlands. Our lots:One Panama Geisha micro-lot, planted in 2023, with first harvests expected in 2026-2027.Two Millo Geisha-Hybrid micro-lots, a Geisha-derived hybrid from ancient crosses between Geisha and Typica/Bourbon. The result is fruit and floral hybrid cup, layered with richer chocolate and creamy undertones.Three Pacamara micro-lots, one currently production and two with first harvests expected in 2026-2027. Our Pacamaras are known for their balance, combining cocoa, ripe fruits, layered sweetness, and a touch of citrus brightness. Two Catuai SH3 micro-lots, in production since 2022, with sweet cane sugar and caramel notes, citrus brightness, and layers of red fruit and chocolate for a smooth, juicy finish.
